RA program

RA Program

The RA program is designed to upgrade
the student dormitory
from a "place to live"
to a "place of diverse experiences".

What is an RA ?

RAs (Resident Assistants) are a reassuring presence
for dormitory students and are dormitory leaders who support dormitory life.
Their role is to support the daily lives of dormitory students and promote interaction among them in order to make their student life more enjoyable and fulfilling.

  • RA is the resident leaders who supports residents lives.

  • The RA system started in 2015.
There are 209 RAs all over Japan.

  • Being RA nurtures leadership and planning skills, and promotes self-growth through experience.
